My friend is appealing his case and should hear something this month. He said most are denied automatically and that would allow him to take it to a higher court. If there's a way to check the court docket online, I haven't been able to find it.

I just bought Halloween candy. I buy the type I don't like so it will still be there by the time Halloween rolls around.

Hope you guys in AZ are cooling off now. It's literally freezing here in Colorado. Might even see snowflakes tonight.

hey girls! (and guys ;)) I am doing great and so is my hubby. we have a visit on sunday on my birthday! :D :yay: :dance: :heart: :faint: the best bday gift ever, besides his being home with me of course. :D

i am off for another week from work, and having lots of fun. :p

our new house is coming right along, they hung the drywall last week and we are expecting completion in a few months.

Let's see, my Eric was finally moved from Central Unit in Florence to an open yard in Rincon Unit, Tucsan. I am planning to go down for a visit within the next month, hopefully, AND we are in the process of getting the paperwork approved from the powers that be for our MARRIAGE!! He asked me last March 23, 2005, and of course I said YES. So, once we get the [/URL] okay.....we will plan for our wedding ceremony "a la facility de Rincon"................so tres' chic!!! LOL AND I have been getting to know some of his family too so it is...
as Eric would say...."Its all good."

I love Halloween.....I love to dress up in my really ugly green witch costume. I paint myself bright green all over, glue warts on my face, black out some teeth, glue the pointy nose and pointy warty chin to my face, add a touch of long, black witchy hair and hat...and I am good to go...One Ugly BROAD. Well I just found out that Joey went to Re-class earlier then he was supposed to. He got re-classed, and is now a minimum classification. But the bad news is, that they are going to be moving him to the Echo unit, in Tucson.
I have a hard time going to see him now, while he is in Florence East unit, so it is going to be even harder going to see him in Tucson. Im very upset, and so is he. I don't know if I will ever be able to drive to Tucson, to go see him. Im not sure if this will have any negative effects on our relationship. I pray that it doesn't.

Other than the horrible news, things are going great. Im going to see him on the 23rd of October, which is our 3 year anniversary. I haven't been to see him in a while. I miss him like crazy. He is doing well. Working, and going to school. Being good!!!

Im not sure when he gets moved. I hope it isn't before the 23rd. Ill keep you guys updated.

I just got back from a FABULOUS cruise to the Caribbean. My sister and her husband celebrated their 35th wedding anniversary. All of - including their three grown children and families - went along. I had a wonderful time. If you haven't heard the saying about cruise ships - You eat so much you go on as passengers and get off as cargo - it's true. I hate to weigh in the morning to see how much I gained. Wish vacation could last longer.

Got a letter from my pal of 4 years. He is finally leaving Newton, TX after being there for 2 yrs. His Native circle burned the lodge poles from their sweatlodge and wished each other well. After being on lockdown since the storm Rita and without electricity and hot water in his dorm, he is ready for anywhere.

Will I be able to find out where he is before they update it on the website? Does anyone know the phone number?

I am sorry to see some of you are so adversely affected by these transfers.

Ooowee....just got a letter from Mikel, he says that his "official" release date is 12/01/07 but because of the 6 month kickout and time served, he should be out sooner. YEAH!!!! In the meantime, we are EXTREMELY happy that he got put at Florence 'cuz it's only a 2 hour drive each way so his dad and I are going to take turns carpooling every week. Just hope the prison doesn't screw around with the paperwork and gets us approved soon. Happy Halloween everyone!

havin lots of problems with my daughter shes bipolar and has lots of emotional and anger problems and it drains me bad

feeling pretty helpless and down lately my self

I am staying strong as much as I can at least in my marriage

dont even know if i am going to be doing halloween at this point but we'll see
I have a 4 year old but i am so tired and halloween been on a weekday just might not happen

Cheer up soul mate and take things day by day u r one heck of a wman raising those 2 kids and still be a great wife...so credit yourself on that!! Cut some holes in a white sheet and put it over the 4 year old and go trick or treating the kids in their cute costumes will make u cheer up!!! All the best to u all and thanks melbo I will have agreat visit...soooooooooooooo excited!!! Only 10 days, heehee!!! I could be jumping up and down right now I swear!!

Ya know i been married 4 times this is my 4th and last !! and i have NEVER been physically abused by ANY MAN if i ever would be i would run and divorce him fast but it isnt the case here i am abused by my teenager verbally and physically and there is nothing more I can do but stick it out till February I am terrified what the holidays will bring. I had a night mare holidays last year and they are starting down that road again this year and its not even Halloween

I just called the Vine # to check on my pal transferred from Newton to Cook. The message said he was in an ADC facility, didn't state which one. Does that means he's being transferred again, hopefully not out-of-state again? I was hoping his family might be able to visit him.

Chintath~same thing happened here when Mikey was transfered again, just keep checking and see if there is a update, like I said he was moved twice before his so called final destination...so you just never know.

Just wanted to stick my head in here and say a fast hello to everyone! I get so busy that I just can't keep up with everyone. Welcome to all the new faces and hugs to all! As for me, I'm just plowin along. I leave tomorrow for 3 days for Tucson. 1 day is work the rest are play! 4 more weeks til I get to see my honee again. That time just seems to drag.

Yes, time goes by fast went I can't get everything done by myself now. But as far as seeing my honee time, that seems to not go by fast enough. :(
