Who would I have to report a probation officer to for out and out lies, and for having someone put in prison because of those lies

Probation Officers are employees of the Michigan Department of Correction. To report violations you can contact the MDOC Internal Affairs. Steve Marschke is the head of the department. Or contact the Attorney Generals Office and they will be able to direct you.
