I am going to be sentenced to 3-5 years in a few weeks. I think to a female federal prison in Texas. Is there any chance of getting college education in federal prison?

I am sorry you are off to prison. I hope you receive the shorted sentence possible. I want to welcome you to PTO. It is a wonderful place full of kind, generous and knowledgeable people who will do their utmost to help and support you when they can.

I think you can but it depends on the prison and it also costs money in some cases. It often doesn't seem to be encouraged as much as I think it should be and I have seen PTOers complain about the courses being kind of random.
It used to be much better 20 years ago!
I am sure someone more knowledgeable than I will respond with better information soon.
