Dear Friends,

I have recently left The Buddhist Inmate Sangha to create The Buddha Inside, a correspondence Pure Land Buddhist study group for Buddhist inmates.

It's been very slow going finding volunteers to dedicate themselves to building a mentor/student relationship with a prisoner.

Perhaps on this forum there might be a few Pure Landers who are willing to visit the website and give it a try?

I also provide free paperback Buddhist books to inmates and prison libraries upon request. The snail is:

welcome Ven. Unfortunally I'm not really in a position to be a teacher to anybody....but when I find somebody I think might be able to do this, I will let them contact you. Good luck in your search!

Dear Ven. D. Dharani Sensei
Well Im sure Im worthy to be a Dharma teacher either - but I am a buddhist and I would like to offer any help I can provide.
I saw your website and I understand your concern of security and since I live in Denmark I dont know how much of a help I can be. But I will spread the word around in Danish sangas too.
Is it possible to send Buddhist postcards ect?
It could be used instead as an alter!
I would like to know a little about which Buddhist direction you are teaching. I work with the Gelugpa direction.
