My friend finally got out of reception in wasco and is now in jamestown. Does anybody have any information about mailing? How many envelopes and paper? and can i sent him pens or pencils? any information about this place would help...

Hello I have tryed to send some pens they got sent back. I have sent a book of stamps with one of my letters he got that just fine. have not sent any paper or envelopes. I know you can order some writing stuff along with food,clothes,shoes,shower stuff for him once every 3 months. I would only send 20 stamps at a time.

stamps or pre-stamped envelopes? i thought we couldn't send stamps by them selves

I know you can send stamps by themselves, up to 25 pictures, paper, envelopes, you can send print outs from the internet I forget what else but have the information and can add more to this tomorrow.
