My guy is going to be transferred to Avenal, I don't know exactly when.
Is it is bad there as I have heard? I do not want him going there. They are triple bunking, they don't have enough restroom facilities. I want to know all you can tell me.

They are triple bunking in the corner dorms of 3 yard like 310,330 & 350 dorms so that is true ...
they are adding 148 new inmates to that yard so things will be tight extremely tight and longer lines for meals, canteen and yes restrooms.
Prior to all the moves and things it wasn't too bad, just like all prisons it had it's bad things and good things (as good as they can get for prisons) ...it was GREAT when the patios were open and you could walk around them with your loved ones but since then they have closed them all but they are 'planning to reopen them when they get the new top fencing completed when that will be who knows lol" Check out the thread though that is started it will help a lot I think if not like I said feel free to pm me.
