My son was just put into Soledad North Yard. I have a visit form waiting to send it but I'm not sure if I send it directly to him or is there another address to send it to? I'm real excited to go see him, I haven't seen or heard his voice since march and it been about 3 1/2 years since I've been able to hug him....He's got 5 or so years left.....

Make sure your son has signed the Visiting Form before you send it back. If he hasn't, have him send you a new form, with his signature.

yes a signature needs to be where it says the inmates signature.
just send it to the prison with his name and cdc on it. if it is with a letter the mail room will remove it.
