Some Cases to Be Heard by Supreme Court
Some of the cases that will be heard by the Supreme Court in the term that begins Monday:
ABORTION: A review of a parental notification law from New Hampshire that gives justices a chance to make it harder to bring legal challenges against abortion restrictions (Ayotte v. Planned Parenthood, 04-1144).
