My pen pal is in Pensylvania on SCI Green's death row.:( He just lost an appeal....again. :mad: Technically he has some more appeals but they are afraid that he will be executed prematurely like another guy was there. :angry: Regardless of mine or anyone's beliefs in the death penalty, I truely believe this man is innocent of shooting a girl over a pair of gold earrings. He has witnesses saying he was not there the night and he had his own gospel band making music. Why would someone with such a wonderful future shoot a girl to take gold earrings? :eek:
How do I go about putting his petition link on here to save his life?

valorie I am sorry to hear about your friend. The DP makes no sense at all.

As far as putting the petition up with have a petition forum and all you would do is put the URL that holds the petition up in that form.

I am so sorry to hear about your pen pal, your absolutely right nothing about the death penalty makes sense. Its wrong anyway you look at it.

Ty Dana. Jimmy is a remarkable man. The sad part is when you have witnesses and noone will listen. Let me rephrase that. It is all sad that just makes it worse.

Hey yeah i know what you mean,i been talking to jimmy for years now but i didnt know who sanged gospel i only know he sanged r&b, and everyday i look his court records up and everything just to check on him... today is his other hearing down here in philadelphia but i couldnt go like i wanted to cause i dont have a ride and thats 30mins away from me in hwy driving....and he isnt that type of i guy to do that i know that too..and plus he is only 5'6 not as tall as they said the other dude was,i think they only have him so they get paid..the ppl that are saying he did are the ones that said the guy was wayy taller so they dont even know what they are talking about either
