View Full Version : NYTimes:2 Top Bayou Executives Plead Guilty to Fraud

The founder of Bayou, Samuel Israel III, and the firm's chief financial officer, Daniel E. Marino, pleaded guilty to conspiracy, wire fraud and investment advisory fraud. The two men face as much as 20 years in prison.
The two men were released on their own recognizance. They have two weeks to raise $500,000 bail each. Sentencing is scheduled for Jan. 9.
