So I got a call from his mom today saying that he was trasfered from CIM, Chino to CRC, Norco. From what I have read, we should be able to touch??? Or would it still be behind glass because he is new there?

OMG, I hope I can hug him! I'm gonna squeeze him until be busts...LOL

He will probably be on "reception status" for the first 10-14 days. Some places don't allow any visiting and some only glass visits. But you're almost there! It won't be long now!
