View Full Version : Quick,30-Minute Meals!
Nuro's Wife 08-09-2004, 07:19 AM I have fallen in love with the show on FoodTV 30-Minute meals. The host makes some of the most delicious and nutritious meals in 30 minutes...YEAH:D !
I Tivo the show so I can catch the meals and if its something I like I can go to their website and print the recipe. I have even been able to master lightening up the calorie content by making substitutions when necessary. This has been a real lifesaver for me with 2 teenage daughters, work, school and a confined husband --yes time can be very limited. Check it out.
We all live very busy lives, and I thought it would be great if we could share our best or favorite fast dinner recipes!
I look forward to seeing what inventive members we have!!

Snowbaby62 03-19-2005, 06:10 PM I have a great recipe is you like enchiladas, I made this up due to time constaints.
I buy one box of taquitos you can use which ever you like.
Then mix some enchilada sauce, or you can buy it in the can which is even faster.
poor the sauce in a rectangel cake pan, take the taquitos and coat each one in the sauce line them up in the pan, cover with remaining sauce, cover with foil. Cook for 25 minutes. Take out cover with shredded cheese cook for 5 minutes longer. Done. It is so good, my family asks for this alot. Oh by the way, I usually leave some sauce left over to poor over the melted cheese to top off. Enjoy
