I was wondering if anyone has taken PCDI College Course, you know the kind you pay like $36 dollars a month and they send you call your learning material so you can do its at home, and have lots of "exciting career opportunities!"

I haven't. Have you known anyone who did? And with any success??

No, I dont thats why I was wondering. I am considering taking them but I would like to know if its a worthwhile investment.

Have they sent you any info? And do they have any regional or national accreditation? (They'll smack it up on everything if they do.)

I saw the commercial and the website and it looks like they are but you never know about these things you know it seems to good to be true.

Well, whatever accreditation they say they have, you can contact the board and check up on, so if they aren't, it's kinda easy to find out.

It can't hurt to ask for some info. :)

From what I understand, PCDI is run by the same company as Ashworth College. I think with PCDI you just get certifications (I could be wrong), and with Ashworth College, you actually get college credits and a degree (they offer Associate's and Master's). And I know that Ashworth College is nationally accredited. That's where my boyfriend is taking distance learning courses from now, and he seems to like it. Their website is www.ashworthcollege.com (http://www.ashworthcollege.com). Oh, one more thing... Ashworth College is about $900/semester, and that includes all textbooks and materials and everything so it's a pretty good deal.
