I was curious if anybody happens to know where I can find out about outpatient treament programs or classes or something that parolees need to take. My honey is trying to get his parole packet going so it will all be done long before he sees board. I have searched online but am not for sure if I am looking for the correct stuff. So if anybody has any help or suggestions to offer I would gladly appreciate it. Thank you in advance.
First of all what kind of programs is he needing to take? Has he taken CSC in prison? From what I understand CSC is required by ALL offenders rather they take it inside or outside. I know there are several places on the outside that offer CSC, but other then the probation/parole offices I dont know how to find out more information on who offers those classes

I don't think that he has taken CSC as of yet. But he is looking to take some sort of like drug programs. Or at least get it set up or find out if they are willing to accept him to the classes.

Hi Suni baby,
I found a really good website that I hope will help..Drug Rehab Idaho .com
I know all the prisons in Idaho offer a variety of classes, some that are mandatory before release and others that aren't..I've heard other guys talking about how long they had to wait to get into some of the classes, which could delay their release date :( .
My name's Lynn-Boise and my hubby is at Nampa CWC. He will be getting out on May 31st-2006 after doing 3 years. Hope the info helped.

Thank you Lynn for the website, I will check it out in a few. I know that the prisons offer some classes, which my honey has done a few of and is currently waiting to take one over at ICC (I forget the name). We have been waiting for him to go to that class for over two years now. :blah: I am glad that your husband will be getting out soon! That has to be exciting! Good luck and thank you once again.
