A Hearing Date is when they actually hear the case. A Review Date is when they just review the case without the inmate usually. A Tentative Date is just when they do not know the specific date that it will be heard and that is their target date if you will. At least this is the information that I know about here in Kentucky.

Good luck to you. I wish you all the best.

babygirl hit it right on the head. a hearing date is an actual court date, where formal decisions concerning a case will be made. a review date is a date they review all information concerning the issue, but no formal decisions are made. a tentative date is the "assumed" date that the hearing will be held, but it may change depending on certain circumstances...hope this helps.
