Hey guys! I ordered a package for an inmate in Cummins that was supposed to arrive last week. Today I get a letter from him saying he cannot have it because he is in Ad.Seg. (not the hole). So, now what? He seems to think they will charge me a restock fee and everything. I had NO IDEA he couldn't get it!! Has anyone else ever encountered this problem? Does anyone else still have a copy of the order form? Maybe the printed one said something (the one they had displayed at the facilities), but I ordered from the internet and it was never mentioned on their website. Any help???? I'm pretty aggravated!
