MCI has the monopoly on all NY State prisons.

My husband is in Auburn. It is MCI. Is there anything else you would like to know about Auburn?

If you need to contact MCI - here are the numbers that I have...

MCI Worldcom 1-800-231-0193 OR 1-800-937-1048

These numbers should put you directly through to Inmate Services - If you call any other MCI customer service number make sure that you are talking to MCI INMATE SERVICES they are the only department that can help with prison systems.

Be prepared for a bunch of crap. It seems nothing with MCI is simple! Hmmmm... that goes for the DOC too lol
