My fiancee's mom was approved to see my fiancee while he was at Calico Rock. She had just got approved and they shipped him to Varner and that weekend she went to visit him. All was well. Then she went down to see him a month or so later and was denied. Now she is being told that she's not going to be allowed to see him due to some charge from 1965 in Missouri but that Missouri cannot find any record of. She spoke with someone at Varner and was told that unless those charges are cleared that she will not be allowed to visit him and that they (Varner) do things different than Calico Rock. The only thing the Missouri courts has sent her states that they can't find any charges from 1965, yet when Varner runs their background check, it still shows up. She has sent that paper to Varner but is still being denied. Any suggestions on what course of action she can take from this point in order to possibly get approved to visit? Any help would be appreciated.
