I am planning a visit to see my boyfriend in December and I would like to get him something for Christmas. Is there anything I can send? He is at Bibb correctional facility. I dont have any experience with the prison system so I dont know what I can do but I would like to something for him for Christmas. If anyone has any ideas Id appreciate it.

There should be a list posted to this forum sometime around Thanksgiving for Christmas packages to be purchased from a company and shipped to the prison. Basically, you cannot send him anything from the outside other than a card or letter and a money order.

thanks alot for the info . will they tell what you get in these packages? or canyou order what you want? does everyone get the same thing?or do you think its better to send a mony order for a couple hundred and he can get what he wants?

My husband is at Bibb, they give them a list and they check-off what they want and you send the list along with your method of payment to the company and they send the boxes to them. Off that list, they can get anything they want up to a limit. Its up to your boyfriend if he want to order a box or have you send him the money in a money-order. But you can send him money-orders anytime you want, so that he can get some of the things he want off the store. But you cannot bring him anything except money on a debit card when you come to see him. But you can take pictures once you get there, they are $3.oo dollors that are taken there, and you must bring them out with you. I always bring mine home, go to Wal-mart and make copies and send him some back. Closier to December, I will let you know more about the rules, and what you can and cannot ware ok, Take care and have a good day.
