Hi.... I can't get into PTO chat... yesterday it kept telling me I was using a wrong user name or password. I don't understand how that could happen because I haven't changed anything and don't know how to do it if I wanted to!

Today I get a gray screen as if it wants to take me to the chat room like it used to but can't quite get there!
