I was in the process of doing this peition, and right when i go to sign it, this mesage came up, please tell me that my petition took?

lulu I would say no yours didn't take, right in what you printed here it says we are upgrading and not accepting any new petitions at this moment. I would wait and check with your URL when the site is back up.
