i dont really understand why i cant chat live i have so many question

These rules are very good. But, I do not believe they are working in the right way. I get on here several times a day and only see the most is 4 people chatting. So, something is not working correctly. The rules do have good meaning though. I hate to go into a chat room where it is used for a pick up bar and I would flip if someone was bashing my man in one of them. I would however like to talk to honest people and make new friends who are in the same position as I.

There is some discussion of the reasons behind the requirements to access the chat room.

And the rules *are* working. We have MANY fewer problems with chat than before. And even when the chat was free access, there wasn't significantly more folks in the chat room. The chat room is a TINY, small part of PTO. PTO is predominantly a Message Board and not a chat room. And, there are more or less folks in there at different times. Evenings, and weekends, there are more folks chatting, but there are also scheduled chat times for different groups. That might be a good place to look. You might want to join one of the specific groups!
