I am trying to find out some information for someone who wants to know what the are legal rights of inmates to practice their religion while an inmate in Kansas. Some of the inmates feel their rights are being violated by some staff. It is in regard to some of the Native Americans who are incarcerated. Does anyone know where we can go for information on this? Any help will be appreciated.
