Has anyone dealt with the Home Detention for the state of Maryland. How long does it take? They told us between 2 - 3 months. Is this accurate? Can I speed up the process in any way? When do they do the housing inspection?

The city doesn't work that away. So I found out. It takes at least a month for the file to get transferred. Then you have to wait for them to call you. Now I have a new question. If he is no longer at the first facility (transferred to a pre-release unit) does the home detention paperwork follow him?
