It's only for New York, Pataki signed to reform the old Rock. Laws so now inmates with A-1 and A-2 felonies will be resentenced. The terminated the life on the back of the sentences.

I have a problem with them including prior convictions. Isn't that double jepordy??

If they have priors, that means the prison system didn't work the first time, and maybe some treatment or rehab is needed.

Okay. I am stepping off my soap box before I get myself into trouble by saying what I really think!
