I already asked what the hardest thing is, so now, what is your favorite thing about being a student?
Even after the student discounts at the theater and the free coffee at a local brew pub ;) , I think for me, the actual learning really is my favorite. Learning and being productive really is making the time go by more quickly and I know that I will be able to help support us once Benji is home. :) Good confidence boost!

My favorite thing about being a student is that it gave me a huge confidence boost. My self esteem was in the dumps before I started school. I was so scared when I started because I didn't know how I would do, but I surprised myself and my family. I only have a few months left until I am done with this degree and then I am continuing to further my education. I can already go about anywhere I want with the grades I have managed to achieve!!!!

The learning enviornment. Not only learning the actual facts and theories, but being in a liberal, educational enviornment where most people are actually concerned about the future.

What I like most about being a student is learning. Also what i like is making new friends and being around all kinds of people at school.:)

I like the learning, too, especially when it's something I'm interested in and passionate about. I love when I'm "forced" to take a class that I thought I would hate but it turns out to be really interesting.

Using my mind to think about different subjects. I currently have an ethics class & she is really make us use our minds. She gives questions like "how can you make cheating acceptable in society". She expects examples & no outside resources only your thoughts!! It's a great class!! I will be graduate in December 2005 & I definitely want to continue my education. Either law school or graduate school!!!
