I know that being a student is different for all of us, but for me, the hardest part HAS to be making myself study. That good ol' self-discipline for something I would rather put off. PROCRASTINATION!! :)

What about you??

I love being a student. There is no hard thing for me because I love what I am doing and so I love to read about it, But if I had to say pick one hard thing it would be to go home and know my baby isn't there to be with me. School helps me concentrate and get my mind off other things.

the hardest thing for me is doing my work! I am a very big procrastinator! I have work due tomorrow and I am just starting tonight...maybe...I haven't started yet

It's terrible, isn't it!?? I do that too. I put it off until it has to be done. I'm getting better, but it's hard!!

Glad you found it! ;)

The only thing I don't like is that I don't get a whole lot of sleep, but other than that I LOVE SCHOOL!!!!

Jenn, I hear ya....procrastination is my number one problem! I will be up at 3am the night before an assignment is due, even though I have had a MONTH to work on it!!!

i actually like school, and i love that i'm majoring in criminal justice........school is actually relaxing for me, cuz i work 60-70 hours a week if not more

the only downfall of majoring in criminal justice is sometimes having a difficulty communicating w/others and portraying to them the "realism" of prison.........they have a sense of what they "think" its like, and how the system works, (the students, and even some teachers), so sometimes i get frustrated because i KNOW firsthand, and they don't.........but i'm way outnumbered, lol..........so i deal w/that at school, as well as out of it, that is a lil hard, but i'm very used to it now!

The hardest thing for me is trying to concentrate on my work while trying to deal with a lot of other things in my life at the same time. Plus, I can be a procrastinator but one way or another, I always manage to get my work done on time. I can't wait til I graduate in December! :D

The hardest part for me is having to tell my daughter that I can not do something for her because I have homework. Sometimes I even have to ask her to not talk to me or interrupt me if I am in a rush to get an assignment done. I hate it when she has to suffer along with me.

God Bless us all - especially you, PhillyGurl - how do you manage it all?

One of the hard things for me is AGE - I am 38 - and when I have to physically attend courses with the 18 and 20 year olds - I feel ANCIENT! I manage to juggle a full time job and raise three kids and we try to schedule activities on the nights/days I dont have school but it is hard. My kids are very encouraging and support me and I have to say they are probably the only reason I haven't given up - I dont want to disappoint them.

The hardest thing for me is the fact that I hardly get to see my daughter during the week. I work full time, after work I go to the gym that is on the way to school then when I get home I have homework to do. I don't go home between work and school because it's far and when I get there (home) I would just have to turn around and go right back in the direction I came from. I really like school but it sucks having to be away from my daughter so much. She's 3 by the way.

For me, it's finding a job that will work around my schedule and/or a job that will hire me regardless of my felony.:(

For me it is the homework assignments, i find myself waiting until the last minute to do everything. I have an 11 year old son in the 6th grade and he has homework, i have to cook, clean, and get school and work clothes together, I go to work full time and school is now part time and online, I was trying full time and would go sit in the classes, but that was way tooo much for me to handle.... it just isn't enough time for me... but I keep trucking on.

Time is a big one. Sometimes, there really just aren't enough hours in the days!!!
