I was reading the thread on seeing inmates with other visitiors, and I was wonderingi if anyone knows if you can find out who has visited an inmate. Is that public information? If it is who would you call to ask? I would love to be able to find out if someone had any visits i should know about!!

Legally, nahhh, I don't think so. They are trying to prevent riots, not start one LOL. Sorry I was being silly. The reason I say trhis is because I called before to see if I was approved and she told me well "you could be anyone (wife, girlfriend, enemy) so they don't give the info to anyone." Also, I guess that would make sense to have the inmate notify you IF you are approved and that leaves them out of telling the wrong person about someone elses approval. That's my 2 cents of what I experienced.

I dont think you can find out from anyone except the inmate. You know how they do it in Cali!

An inmates visitors list is considered confidential information that can only be obtained by the inmate himself. The inmate can request for the list of names that is on his visitors list and he can mail it to you, but to find out who has visited him can only be obtained through him and his word.
