hi i'm new to this i'm not sure where to start my husband is in fountain cor. and he told me his custody level has change now he has a pink paper does anyone know what that means i know he put in for a transfer to bullock but that hasn't been appoved yet...i call to montogmery and they told me they have his paper work but it's pending and she said no one has work it yet it will take anywhere from four to eight weeks before he knows anything they gave my husband 17years for something and three years for something else what is a three of that is that six years , do you really think he will have to do that many years before they let him come home. his classification officer told me she put him in for work camp in bullock so i really don't know what all this means please help ....... this is my first time dealing with anything like this . if anyone can help me please feel free to....

don't really know for sure, but what i do know is that MOST everyone with sentence under 15 years gets good time, 3 days for every one they do, so normaly the inmated does 1/3 of there sentence..

i'm not sure what you're asking about "pink paper", could mean that his custody level has changed and/or been lowered..

i still havent heard anything yet , i was told to call to montogmery friday to see if they have look at his paper work and i also talk to his classification officer and she said his level has change and that's why he has a pink paper you were right i will keep you inform as i know . right now it's a waiting period for me . i'm praying that they give him the transfer. that way he will be closer to home and it will only take me in hour to see him right now it takes me three hours there and three hours back ,
