The people in there!

I really enjoy the chance to make someone who is down, missing their loved one, laugh.

Well as one who doesn't spend much time in there, lmbo!!! Better go see if my nose grew or not, lol. I enjoy the friendships that have formed in chat and I like the feeling I get when we are able to help someone new to all this poo we have to deal with. Whether its with information we help with or just lending an ear when they need to vent. So that they know that they aren't alone, we here understand what they are going thru.

Many a nights when feeling blue, chat can really lift my spirits and make me laugh. And God knows we all need as much laughter in our lives as possible!!! Even if I'm given a 10 second timeout, lmao. It made me laugh, and you know who you are, roflmao!!

My favorite thing in chat are the people. The year or so I have been in PTO chat these people have taught me the meaning of caring and being there for one another. I've gathered alot of information in live chat that helps me deal with everyday issues because so much of my family are in different prisons. But I supose what I like the most about the chat is everyone helping each other and none of us are alone.

I like it because people are so helpful and you get answers alot faster sometimes. Everyone is understanding and make you feel comfortable:thumbsup:
They can relate to what your going thru easy to talk to.

i like the chat because i have finally found people who dont condem me for loving a man who is locked up. i can be really honest and express my true emotions and fears about our future. i am all the way in england an i am very lonely most of the time. the chat has opened the door to let fresh air into my life! thanks so much.

I go to PTO chat almost every day for a nice big cup of loving, emotional support from the iron willed, tough as nails, stronger than bulls, hearts of gold, AWESOME people of PTO!

God Bless Fed-X for making this site and all the wonderful people of PTO for making my life better. You're all on the expressway to heaven for helping me in my darkest hour.

PTO literally saved my life. To say thank you isn't enough, but it's all that I have.

One year ago Aug.I was put in the same position everyone here is in.I was so scared,sad and up most nights.I am still up most nights!,but I am with all my friends who make me laugh and feel better.I hope that I sometimes make people laugh too.It is nice to know you can go somewhere and chat and not feel like someone is looking down on you.When chat is down I am a nut case!

I love chat because it gives me something to do at work! Just kidding, I like the morning crew of girls (and guys sometimes!) that seem to be there everyday, all day chattin with me!

I dont know much about the chat here but wanting to find out as i know it gets lonely

i would like to join the chat room but it seems that i am to new to this site. i would like to be able to live chat with others that are in the same position. this site has been a great relief for me. i think the biggest problem that i had was feelling that i am all alone. i had a million questions running through my mind and no where to go. Thanx pto this is a big help:)

I use to enjoy chat, but for some reason it wont let me in anymore, it is very frustrating!! Can you check this out for me?

What I love most about chat is the instant support that you get from your friends in there. I've made friends in chat that I wouldn't of made otherwise on PTO. I love that I can be having a bad day and go into chat and laugh so hard that I forget all my troubles. I haven't been in in a while but I should go in soon and say hi to all my peeps and have a good laugh.

What i love about PTO chat is just having a place to kick back and relax with others that are going through the same thing i am and not being looked down on or being put down for loving someone thats locked up or for looking down on me for being and ex-con either. Thank you for starting this site david and other members for helping everyone.

I used to go to the chat room all the time, but for some reason people were attacking others in there and it turned ugly. I went back and the same people were causing trouble so I stopped going.

If this has stopped, I'd love to go back! I've met wonderful people in there and miss chatting with them.

I like going into chat and just saying HI to everyone. It gives me the opportunity to take off my moderators hat for a while and have some fun.

i am new but i am hoping that there is someone out there who can understand what i am going through.

to mrs benji,i havent got to chat yet but i will when i can my husband is in the colorado city ware unit and will be getting out by may 26th 2006, we are waiting for him to come home too. (me katherine his wife of 12 yrs, and our 11 yr old daughter jerryka and son john whose 25.i enjoy reading theese posts and learning all this stuff i really need to learn too.
