Ok so i don't know much. But i have another stupid question to ask somebody who would know. If and when you want to send envelopes or paper. I know it's like only 50 sheets paper and only so many envelopes or something like that. but can they be sent in a brown big envelope or does it need to be send in a box, a small envelope? Please help me??? My friend is at wasco prison...so anybody that has information about wasco prison please inform me about anything and everything there is to know about wasco prison.

My son wasn't in Wasco, he was at NKSP and CCC Susanville, and I sent his paper and envelopes in a "BIG BROWN ENVELOPE" (Manilla Envelope) it even had a metal clasp and he received it just fine. I don't think you can send it in a box.

In any and every mailing you send, you may include 20 pre-stamped envelopes and 100 sheets of writing paper. No cardboard backing allowed as in legal pads. Just remove it. Legal size paper is 8x11, so a similar envelope is acceptable (white or manilla). They might get hinky about the metal tabs, so I just buy the ones without. If I buy a package of school paper, I just leave it in the shrink wrap. You can call the mail room at Wasco if you have any more questions. Tam
