Hmm, there is no Sticky note in this forum to describe the parameters of interaction. I would ask whether there are any rules or conventions about eligibility to sign petitions. For example, does it harm a petition if someone who is a foreigner (out of state) or an alien (out of country) participates? Or is it merely useless? Just thought I'd ask before getting out my crayons.

Usually a petition will designate whether you have to be a resident or not. I've only seen a couple of them so just be sure to look, if there's nothing stated, go ahead and sign away. That's what I do. Debi
