I have 2 nephews in the same prison, and they are dening me to see one of them. Cause they said I cant be on both of their visiting list at the same time. They said only immediate family members can be on both of their list. Does anyone out there know what the rules are for Missouri prisons. And is there anything that I can do about this. How can I see one and not the other???

Here in Ohio you can be on only one list at a time. I'm on my boyfriends list, but as my nephew's POA, I go in with his lawyer. I see him more than I see my boyfriend some months.
I would call and ask for their case worker and explain the situation to them and see of maybe special circumstances will apply. Good luck.

What prison are they in? My brother in law was in Farmington, but now he is in county jail in KC. I don't know the laws.
