im just wondering what most people got.. my husbands in jail right now since april 20 and he goes to court on monday. aug 29. this is his first drug charge but hes been in jail and prision before.. we are in florida..

I hate to tell you this as it may not be anything like what your hubby gets but in Ca. my friends boyfriend just got sentenced to 26 years for trafficking (first drug offense but has been in a little trouble before) but I am sure it depends on the State the amount of drugs,circumstances etc.

Hopefully yours will not be nearly as long

My fiance didn't traffic drugs but he was charged with drug possession and he got 15 yrs. He has to do 13 of the 15. He had also been in trouble before but this was his 1st offense.:(

well they said the state is tryin to offer him 15 yrs but that was before his public defender talked to them...she told them that if they would offer him 5 yrs he would jump on it. he only had 43 grams though
