The majority of parish jails wont have any type of programs for the inmates. i cant think of one that does in fact. If you are looking for a facility to try to get a transfer to, try the private facilities and state facilities.

My son was there for 8 months. They have 15 minute visits over the phone and through a glass (no contact) twice a week. They have AA classes but that is about it.
