I just talked to my husband and he says they have just got off lockdown, so if you've been expecting a phone call, the phones are back on tonight.:D
Also, about the Old Folsom rumor, he says the within the next year Mule Creek will be going back to a mainline and all the inmates will be split up onto the other existing SN yards. For any of you with loved ones that transfered from Avenal: he says they are moving a lot of people back to Avenal and it appears that at least some of them are the ones that just got to Mule Creek. It seems that having bunks in the day rooms isn't working out too well. Who'd have thought?:shake:

Thanks for the information on the Old Folsom rumor. My son is at Old Folsom and doing well. To think that his stability (staying at OF) is in question is very upsetting. But.... what can we do.... nothing... just live with whatever CDCR chooses to do with our loved ones.:)

 Thanks Debbi for the info, but...that sucks!!!! :blah: What is the deal???? They haven't even finished making Mule Creek a special needs prison...now they are switching it back to a mainline?? Sheesh....and I like Mule Creek, so does my man...figures... Oh well, whatcha gonna do??
As for being off lockdown...I didn't even know they were on lockdown... When did they get locked down and for what? My man called me Monday so it must have been after that. Just glad to hear they are off now...:D

He never really tells me why, just "a bunch of stuff". One less thing for me to worry about I guess. We're gonna be done with it all soon, at least for the time being:rolleyes: , and he always ends up at High Desert if he violates.

Do one of you know how late they have access to the phone? My honey called yesterday and talked to my daughter!! I don't know how long to be a phone stalker prior to actually having a life, lol.

I've never talked to him past 9 pm. So the last incoming call would be 8:45???

My sis in law is wondering if anyone knows when the A5 yard gets their day room phone access from 7-9 pm?

Starfish-They just had pm day room for A yard on Thursday...and it's supposed to be every 3 days. So Sunday...(actually today cause it's after midnight) should be the next one. Sunday as in Aug. 21st sunday...tell your sister to mark a calendar every 3 days so she doesn't forget. Now if only I would follow my own advice...LOL...

Thanks for all your help Ladies. The visit was WONDERFUL!!! We were able to spend all day both days together:D :D :D , happy-happy-joy-joy!!
He also told me about 100 of the newly transferred inmated are moving to SVSP between the 9th and 23rd per his committee meeting. He is one of them :( , does that mean the whole orientation time again?
Did I already ask about the average price of calls? We are talking every other day now and someone said they thought it was $2 a minute:confused:   I thought about 3-5 a call.
Have a great day and thanks again.
