Any One Know Policy Of Sending In Things To Inmate In A Private Run Prison

privately run prisons are suppose to be run by the same guidelines as the state run ones... the same policy applies

I agree with the above post...all ADC rules and Policy's should apply.

What is it your trying to send? Anything out of the ordinary?

I will add to this thread. My fiance is in a CCA facility in MN. According to the contracts they are supposed to pretty much have the rules/regs from the state they are from. This has proved to be untrue in many aspects. Books and the such have to be sent from the company and they can order from ACCESS. If you check the Washington Out of State Transfer threads you will find the address to get the catalog from ACCESS. They can only order quarterly. A money order has to be sent for the exact amount with the envelope marked special orders. If I can help with anything else, just give me a holler. If I don't have the answer I will do what I can to find it.

In AZ they can not have packages ordered in.. they can have catalouges but not order to themselves... but can send gifts to their loved ones from catalouge sales
