This is an excellent paperback book that was published 2005 and written by M. Chris Fabricant, Defense Attorney; with illustrations by R. Crumb [a real treat for those of us old enough to remember!!!]
This book is described as..."Part drug war survival handbook, part criminal law 101, BUSTED! is the bible on how to not get busted, and what to do if you find yourself in any of these [and many other] situations....I get pulled over while wasted; my boss springs a gotcha! drug test at the j-o-b; My party warrants police action..."
It is written in a very down to earth and easy to read style--information is relevant, on-target and useful. The "Dope Law Index" gives state-by-state info. on drug laws for pot, meth, cocaine and "X".
There is also a website, www.drugwarsurvival.com sponsored by the book's author that provides more up-to-date info. as well as first-person accounts of getting busted. I purchased the book via amazon.com but you can order it via this website as well. Retails in the US for $13.95.
