Okay so here is the situation, my fiancee is supposed to go to Arizona due to a hold they have on him. He had a prior offense from 1994 that he served 7 years for. He was released to CA on unsupervised parole. He then got arested again out here and is about to finish up a 3 years term. He has to go back to AZ due to the prior offense but my question is, will they make him finish his sentence out there because he violated his parole? Or was that taken care of when he served the time out here? I looked on the AZ website and he has a flat sentance experation of January 09. Can or will they keep him till then? I asked before and someone said it depends on what county it was in. And I have that info if you need it, it was Maricopa. Please help with any info you may have! Thanks!

I don't really know alot but, have you tried calling time computation? They may be able to assist you. Good Luck..sorry I couldn't of been of more help.
