If you adopted the child then that means it is your child I would see why not. I would call the prison and ask. I have a little girl that stays with me from time to time and she was wanting to go with me to the prison. I called and asked if I was allowed to bring her and they told me that I had to have a notorized letter from her mother saying it is ok and that the prison is not resposible for accidents.

There is age limt before they have to be cleared, I think it's 16, but other then that if the child is yours then you shouldn't have a problem. Best thing to do is call, take birth cerft, adoption papers, or letter with you and leave in car and if asked (which I doubt they will) you'll have them with you.

If the adoption has been finalized, there is no reason why the child can not accompany you to visit your fiance. That child has every right that your biological child has.

I have to agree with what has already been said. The child IS yours, so it shouldn't be ANY different than taking a biological child in with you.
