I had question about visiting the PITCHESS DETENTION CENTER NORTH FACILITY . Will they let a 17 year old visit without a legal guardian?

I can not answer your question specifically for that facility but I know here in NC a person under the legal age of 18 can not visit without a parent or guardian!!! I am not sure about a juvenile facility but I would imagine it would be the same. You can call the prison and ask to speak with the CO in visitation and ask them if you are allowed to visit!!! Good luck and welcome to PTO!!!

You have to be 18 years old or older, or be accompanied by an adult (with valid ID, of course) in order to visit an inmate at Pitchess.

a 17 year old cannot have a visit at PDC you need a notarizes letter from the parent that allowes him to visit an inmate.

Here's their Link with visiting info. Hope this helps. Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.. (I don't know if this is true, this was taken off the website.) The LASD says 18. I would call and ask.
