hey! I am doing GREAT! 18 days ....MAYBE :( I will find out tomorrow when I go for a visit! I really want to kill my husband! If he doesn't come home August 30th, I will then have 152 days! :( I think he's coming home though! I will let you know after my visit tomorrow! He got into some trouble! The parole officer keeps coming by though..so that's a good sign!

My house looks like a department store that is celbrating all kinds of holidays...
See my hubby has missed not only the last 2 yrs of hoildays but before that he was down 4 yrs and only out a bout 9 mths when he went back in
(big Dummy) any how I spent last night wrapping everything that I had got him for his homecoming,, he doesnt have a clue as to how much I really
bought him... they were wrapped in different paper..
in our kitchen we have an easter basket and fathers days cards and gifts for both of those, also birthday cards and gifts...
In our living room we have a christmas tree with tons of presents wrapped in christmas paper..
and in our room is valentines day ( of course) so that is what I have planned for his homecoming.. he knows that he got a few things for his home coming but he doesnt have as to what .. In our bedroom I plan on putting his gifts and card on our bed with a bottle of red wine and 2 glasses ready in the ref. of course and some rose petals on the bed and candles and Oh well I wont share the rest.. so that is my babys homecoming and then that night we will go out to dinner and out on the town.. have to be careful though he just had the heart attack as everyone knows but he is doing wonderful............

That Sounds WONDERFUL Tatsbaby !!!! Great Idea. I would probably do something similar if we had our own place.

I might steal that idea from you for his home coming from Delancey St.
He'll only be with me 3 weeks before he leaves again for 2 years. To a rehabilitation program. :( But it is for the best. I want a long life with him ... not just a few months. This is how it goes as ex drug addicts.

see About 2 Weeks Ago, Tat Had A Heart Attack .. He Was Scared To Death... And The Doctors Actually Told Him He Might Not Make It Out Of The Or.. But By The Grace Of God He Did... They Also Told Him That If He Ever Does Drugs Again It Could Be The Last Breath He Takes. And When I Ask Him Why He Thought This Happened He Said" God Knows That I Am An Addict And I Have A Wonderful Wife Who Has Stood By Me And A Son That I Have To Finish Raising The Right Way, And He Knew That I Would More Than Likely Come Home And Use Even Though I Dont Want To Cause The Truth Is I Am An Addict.. So God Just Knocked Me On My Azz And Got My Attention Real Good...." So I Know That All Will Be Ok, Sometimes God Answers Prayers In His Way Not Ours... To Look At Tat You Wouldnt Even Know There Was Anything Wrong With Him.....

I am so excitted that I can hardly wait for this next hour to tick by on that clock over my desk... its killing me.. I just want to get on that road and go ..
Even though, I cant get to him till in the morning.. I have a 500 mile drive ahead of me.. and a long one at that but thats ok .. got me plenty of good music to listen to... and got my cell phone all charged up so I can call Sheila and Jeanne ...
Its like its here and I know its here but it doenst seem real, we have dreamed about this day for a long 2 yrs and that is nothing compared to what alot of you women and your babies have already done.
I packed all his stuff last night and just got so teary eyed thinking how damn handsome he will look in the clothes that I bought for him.. only thing is I forgot to get him some gold colored boxers to match is gold south pole button down and his beater to match, and those damm wheat colored birdman lugz I got him... and that tan leather belt... LOL all hes got is blue boxers.. do u think he will mind... maybe i will try and pick him up so tan or gold boxers tonight.. Lord knows I aint gonna be able to sleep!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I wont be able to post anything untill I get back.. On thurdays of next week..

i am running myself crazy! Calling parole officers etc...omg...I am late for class...lol...IT is crazy for me right now! But I dont' care if I have 2hours of sleep, because he's coming home! and that will all be over with! I CAN'T WAIT, I CRY EVERYTIME I THINK OF IT! TEARS OF JOY! And I just think of how much stronger I am because of what I went through! There is a lot of other things that went on besides him being in prison too! The baby, my mother, etc...I'm just so happy that we can finally share our time together! the good and the bad!

SOOOOOOO much has happened in those 3 years. I got sober, my mother started using drugs, we've planned our wedding ... I am Just so excited.
I get tears in my eyes when I think of it too. He is gonna be here ... right here with me FINALLY in just 5 days and a wake up !!!!!! I am overwhelmed with relief. WE MADE IT !!!! WE FREAKING MADE IT !!!!

I Knew this day would be like this. I knew it would drag. Yes I felt calm inside at the beginning of day ...... But I am Not feeling quite so Calm now. The Anticipation, excitement, relief (that this is finally over) the nervousness of knowing this isnt really over until he walks out those doors, the not knowing how Parole will be all of that is building of in me by the 1/2 second .......... :eek: I have a picture of him and I from a Visit taped to my computer .... and It makes me wanna cry ... I feel sick inside ... not a bad sick like a emotionally drained sick ... because I am beyond what words can explain HAPPY that this is over and somewhat in shock. I rememeber when it felt like this day would never get here. And now Here it is. I want this work day to end .... so I can get on with going to get him. I am a little nervous not sure what to expect from him ... How is he going to be feeling .... he's been gone for so long ... it will SUCH a Huge adjustment for him.... I hope he'll be as happy as I am ... to be starting our life ... I am sure he will be ...but he'll also I am sure be feeling quite out of sorts from just getting out ...............

itsmitchell, I wish i could say the same i have tried and
tried to clean my house but i have these 2 boogers ages 6 and
3 1/2, that do not like to have a clean house!!!! i have tried
everything one day its clean next its right back to how it
was the day b4, tooo stressin':( :blah: so i do the major
parts of the house,... he'll just have to come home
and help me do some major cleaning, like getting rid of the toys!!! ONe day at a time is what i say!!!

Elsa, well, my house is clean for now!! But with a 12 year old boy and a 17 year old girl and a 18 year old girl.........It won't last.......*sigh*

But, they are old enough that I can threaten them if they don't clean it back up!!

I'm sure I'll do it again 1000 times before he comes home, but mostly because when I get stressed out, that's what I do, clean

Guess it's better than eating or drinking or whatever.......

Well Itsmichelle, If you stressin all week you can come

So I had car problems all weekend that started Thursday night with a flat tire, and then on my way to buy new tires on Friday morning, I had another freaking flat!! Go ahead and laugh, it's funny. But then I washed the car and it wouldn't start on Sunday morning! So, my brother and his friend worked on it all Sunday after the race. Guess I'm glad these problems happened now instead of next week!!! That would suck on the way to get him, ya know??:faint:

just a quick update!! lots of things going on
just got back from the evacuation we had down here
in Galveston county it was hell for about 5days,
Other than that we are very happy to have Daddy HOME
my girls are enjoying every minute of it!!! and sooo am I
he's been great... cooking and cleaning and taking care
of the girls!!! NOW he just needs a JOB!!!
