I'm desperate! Can anyone give advice on HOW to get through on PVSP's appointment line? I have tried two days straight now, hitting re-dial every few seconds and it's always busy!!!

I'm desperate because there is only one more day this week to make an appt. and his mom is coming all the way from another state and I want her to have her two full days. :( :( :(

Welcome to my world. You are on the right track. All you can do is redial that number the whole 2 hours straight. There is only one person that answers that line, and she does her best to go quickly. Last time I got in on the last 9 minutes of Wednesday.

I have the same problem too, usually I get in within a the first or last 30 minutes, I just redial, hang up and redial, the whole time, it's actually I little harder for me because currently I'm in Mexico and it's a little harder to get through. But good luck, if you find any secrets to get through quicker let me know ok? :)

Luckyme, I used to live in Mexico! Way down the coast... :).

I had made reservations at a motel in Coalinga so I could spend the whole two days, and I tried MON, TUE, WED Without any luck! So now I have to write and tell my buddy that we will have to wait for another couple of weeks...sure is irritating! Why don't they just let us email in reservations!

if you don't get a appointmentyou could still visit them after 10 i always go about 11 and get in real fast.

I got my number at 7:30 am, 8:30, and 9:30 on the last 3 visits, and I didn't get in until 1 pm on ANY of those days because they were so slow doing the noon count!! :mad: I told him I might as well come at noon if I'm not getting in before 1 or 1:30 anyhow. arrgg.

Maybe it's because mine is Close A? Doesn't everybody have count time at noon?

i really don't know but i went one time early n forget it ,it was so full had to wait a long time. i always go at about 11-11:30 everybody already in no line at all just walk to the visiting building but only thing is i see my son for about 3 n ahalf hrs so if you want to see him more then you go early or get a appointment

I even timed my redial, it was only 5 seconds between each busy signal. I don't see how I could hit the button any quicker...

Felt like an idiot, walking around with a phone for 3 solid days and 2 weeks straight!
