If you get assigned a security level of minimum, can you request to go to a higher level prison such as low? I am going to try to get into the 500 hour drug program, and its being offered at the Lompoc FCI right near my house. My family lives in this area too so seems like the place to go even though I would prefer a camp. Thanks for any input...

I have read that it is common that to do the rdap you might have to have to goto a facility that is a different level than what your originally designated to.
