That is horrible and so sad. It said in the article that the baby had to be revived. So did the baby pass on or is she still alive?

at the top of the article in the first sentence says Baby K, died........

This is really really sad and horrifying that someone could do this to a child, a baby...

OMG! This is just so sick and this bastard (excuse my language) needs to pay big time for whathe has done to this small child. Prison is too good for him as if it were a child in my family I would want him in a room with all the family that can make it there to beat on him the way he did that child. There is a lesson to be learned in this to all mothers as I have heard similar stories we have to be very careful who we leave our children with. We have to stop be so super trusting and protect our children. We can't take for granted that just because a man says he loves us he feels the same for a child that is not his. None of us wants to believe this can happen but I am sure this mother would not imagine it either we as parents have to make sure that these things have no opportunity to happen in our homes.

This was HORRID and I pray that this childs family can heal from this. In watching the local news story on this I truly wanted to vomit and haven't overcome that feeling as of this post. According to the news the childs brain was swollen, her lungs were damaged, her liver was also damaged. They had to shock this poor little child back to life on several occasions.

Two families were completely destroyed by Carovilano's actions, the victims as well as his own. I know I wouldn't want to be in either of their shoes.


As you can see from his picture, he looks like any other person on the street proving that a rapist can be anyone you know.

This is so horrible and yet I know vigilatne justice is not ok I have to agree with yani on this because I know if this were my child, I do not believe they could put me in a cell that would hold me because somehow I would find him. Also if you look at the bottom of the page of the article you will see where a 14 year old boy killed his 11 year old sister, 10 days after dept of social services closed their case.

As far as I am concerned, I could care less about the "creep". And to think that the state would more likely than not, let him go free, just to make a point about wanting more money for prison beds, where they could house more non-violent drug offenders to slave for the state! And they'd probably get it too!
