WELL HE WAS LIKE WHAT ARE YOU DOING I SAID ( THE TRUTH ) FIXING TO TAKE OUR 8 YR OLD SON TO VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL AND I WAS GOING TO PICK UP TWO OF OUR LITTLE NEIGHBOR GIRLS AND GIVE THEM A RIDE TOO . HE SAID WELL THEN WHAT ARE YOU GONNA DO ? I SAID ( THE TRUTH AGAIN ) GONNA CAME HOME WASH DISHES AND WATCH TV AND MAYBE WORK ON MY MATH FOR MY GED TEST . I HAVE 2 SONS 8 AND 6 MONTHS AND I DONT DRINK OR USE DRUGS I HAVE BEEN SOBER AND CLEAN WITH 1 YEAR AND 4 MONTHS SOBRIETY :) ( IM PROUD OF THAT ) AND HE JUST MADE ME SO MAD I HUNG UP ON HIM :angry: OK FOR ONE I WRITE HIM ALL THE TIME I EXCEPT HIS CALLS AND I SEND HIM MONEY AND AS SOON AS MY VISITATION IS APPROVED IM ON MY WAY TO SEE HIM !! I WAS JUST SO MAD AND UPSET WITH HIM FOR ACUSSING ME OF WHAT EVER HE WAS THINKING :angry: LIKE I SAID I HAVE CHANGED MY WAYS 110% I DONT HANG OUT WITH ANY OF MY OLD FRIENDS I AM TRYING TO GET MY GED SO I CAN GO TO COLLEGE IN JAN OF 06 . So far my man hasn't acted like that, if he did i would let him have it, i am faithful and do what i need to do, just because he's in prison doesn't give him the right to doubt you, or accuse you of ****. Be proud of yourself girl and don't let him bring you down, by accusing you of ****. I just wouldn't put up with it.

When my man was in county, he used to get bad attitudes once every blue moon. when they came, they weren't like that, but they came. And what I specifically told him was don't take nothing out on me and that life out here aint easy for me either. It's 'bout the same as being locked up. But, they don't see it like that. They just see it as we in the free world living life in the fast lane while they locked up. As a result, girl he never caught an attitude with me again! Sad to say though he just took everything out on whoever was in jail with him.

Thankfully I haven't had that experince yet! LOL Girl he's just being a baby, he'll be alright. :D Men are so funny. Congrats on being drug and alcohol free for over a year! :thumbsup: He'll snap out of it, happy studying girl. :)

Sweetie, Shawn may not be able to stand the idea that you're going along that good road you've travelled for the last while. If he doesn't believe you, or believe IN you, then take steps to get him straightened out or out of your life, and stay in your positive path with those two kids. You don't need to be dragged down.

Stephanie, My husband (Demetrius) has acted this way to me before too. And everytime I get him staight on that and we talk about why he acts that way he tell me it's just people in there putting stupid ideas in his head. Thankfully he has stopped thinking this was because just like you I stay home write him always take all his call and I don't hang out with anyone, I don't drink or do drugs either, I go visit and I'm completely faithful to him. I have friends who I talk to often but I don't go out with them not because of him but because usually they are with their husband/boyfriend and I don't want to be a third wheel. His mind is probably just running wild right now. Hang in there it will get better. If you need to talk I am here just pm me!~Brandi:) :) :)

My man has never been that way with me, if he asks me what I've been doing I tell him, no matter what it is. Mostly he is always happy when he calls, once he was in a grumpier mood but by the time our call was over he was smiling and laughing. Congrats on staying clean, congrats on being a good Mom and good luck on that GED!

well stephanie i have learned that men have pms too so give him his time and he'll come around he's alright in there you love him support him and everything will be fine you take care of you and your kids cause in the end you are the one who holds it all together keep your head up....if you need me talk to me

Hey girl, just hang in there! I hear that the assholic inmates who don't have anyone try to put ideas in the ones who have someones head to bring them down and get them into trouble. I guess the other ones have nothing better to do. But your man should know whats his! Tell him to not let the guys get to him, their just doing that! If your man is still being an ass, then straight up tell him to stop, its just as hard on u as it is on him! Hope u get to feeling better! If u need to talk or anything PM me!

well shawn did call and he wrote and sent a real sweet card !! he knew he was in the wrong .. he said he was sorry and he knows im 110% comitted to him and our boys ( our family ) anyway he said he hears all the other bs and it gets his mind thinking !! anyway everything is ok i know this is a roller coaster for both of us and i can imagine how its does get to him but he has gotta stop listening to those other guys stories of there woman like i told him IM NOT THAT WAY !! im here for better or worse :) thanks ya'll

That's good that things are back on course. Please stay prepared for when they go back down hill. Mack was the same way. Then i made the mistake of writing him every sunday giving him a weekend update. I missed an update and he went crazy. So many negative thoughts from one mistake. The jail can just mess their minds up so much

mittenz your right i write shawn atleast 3 to 4 x a week and here in the past 2 weeks ive been so busy with the kids and my ged and all i just didnt have time he made the comment that he felt like a idiot waiting for mail call and no mail came from me i know he probaly thought the worst but it was nothing like he made it out to be and the other guys was !! anyway were straight now and he knows i love him and im his babygirl for life ......
