Are you specifically looking for information on California Boot Camps?

No any information on any bootcamps on the federal level would be great.... I think there are only 3 in the USA from what i have heard. I would even like to know about state boot camps aswell. Thanks

I am sure that we have members out there than have answers for you - personally I do not have any information.

Although I believe that this thread does in fact belong in Prison Profiles, I am going to move it to General Prison Talk to see if there is more information generated.

It mentioned boot camps among other federal stuff. Seems there is some business that sells info on these things.
I hope it is better than nothing at least.

There is one State Boot Camp in Hawaii at the Kauai Community Correctional Center. It's called the Life Time Stand Program. My understanding is that it is run like a military boot camp. The drill sargents, the discipline, and all activities to keep you in shape. I have some freinds who went there and said that it was well worth it. It is also coed, but male and females are segregated. My friends who completed this program are all doing rather well, out of prison and in the community.
