I am trying to get things ready for when he comes home even though crazy as it might seem its still not for another couple years. I want him to transfer where I am at but all I know is I have to get his restitution paid off before even starting the paperwork. What else do we have to go through and What stuff will I need for this process?

I have been told they have to transfer to a blood relative. It is good to have a job waiting for them. Yes, the restitution has to be paid. I am not 100% but I think the inmate has to turn all of this in to his counslor like 6 -8 months to the gate. I will be trying for my son and husband to do intrastate transfer. (to a different county). I will be working on my son's real soon here, he paroles in June. Oh, one more thing, I checked with the county that they want to parole to just to make sure that county is taking new parolee transfers.:idea:
