My man as been at Kilby Cf for 2months. They said he would only be there for 3 weeks, although I know that doesn't mean anything. Anyway, I was just wondering how long did it take for your man to get transfered from Kilby? They won't let me see him at Kilby until he's been there for 90 days and it's getting hard not to see him. Just wondering how long your man had to wait!!!

Hi Jasonsgirl! Sorry to hear about your situation. Chances are there is a long backlog at Kilby for processing people out of there due to all the other prisons being so overcrowded. I've read the county jails are backed up for months and in some cases a year before being able to send the inmates out!! It is a mess!

Jasonsgirl, it took Kenny about 4 weeks to move out of kilby the first time, just as soon as i got comfortable with not being about to see him....he got moved, so just hang in there they have such a huge backlog and no where to send them but they'll get to him...

My son was in there for 3 weeks. He is now in draper,he has 1 year and 1 week left. can't wait till then but hang in there. be strong even tho thats hard to do sometime
