I am only rather new here, and have just sent off a letter to someone in texas. Am wondering how long it may take for a reply to come back to Australia. Any idea??

You could be in for a wait. Mail can take a few weeks.

Mail from Australia to Polunsky normally takes between 7-10 days, and the same coming back here. You will be stalking the postman soon, and your mail will be crossing paths. You will also find a valueable friend I am sure. (((hugs)))

Am still waiting for the postie, hopefully will get something back soon, but my mum has always told me that patience is a virtue, so I am trying to be very patient!!! I think you are doing soooo well in being patient. Me - I will be patient pigs learn to fly - or so I've been told. I am waiting for mail from Polunsky. *Tap - tap - tap - tap*
Mail takes about seven to ten days back and forth for me also.

I can tell you that it is hard to be patient!!! I went to the post office box this morning and there wasnt anything there, but I am sure that something will turn up!!!!

Just wanted to let everyone know that I received a reply yesterday!!!! I was so happy and I couldnt take the smile off my face!!! :D So it only took 3 weeks from the date that I sent my first letter. YAY!!!!
